Messages From Kalona
Kalona, Chez, and Polo <<(Therapy Dog) visit local hospitals through a program called ....TAILS OF ALOHA... (director of the program Gayle) ......An awesome lady has been the inspiration and guidance all the way. BIG MAHALO TO U GAYLE!!!
 
During this visit Polo bought ALL the patients male and female lol
beautiful flowers thanks to the kindness of her friend Norma through her company CFI. It was a great experience but left us wanting to do more. A few weeks later when we returned for another visit many still had the flowers even though they were wilting. and sooooooooooo came the next idea to bring these wonderful people more smiles.........
 
At the current time we are doing a stuffed animal drive so every patient will get a stuffed animal. Pat a dear friend of mine who loves animals as much as me has donated 75!!!!!!!! brand new stuffed animals. I was able to contact a guy named Matt who is selling brand new stuffed animals in the box with adoption papers for one dollar each!!!

Another great visit at the Sr Home. This time we added a lil extra smiles.
Mokka and Polo recently had some awesome GRANDPUPS. So we took them with us. Plus we gave each resident a brand new stuffed animal they can keep forever. :)
 
The smiles and the warmth was too great to even try and explain.
I do know it was a great experience. We all enjoyed being a part of it.
 
A special Mahalo to Pat for helping me get some of the stuffed animals.
